Well, there are actually 3 different guarantees we offer, depending on what work we actually perform. - For starters, all our workmanship on repairs is covered by a minimum 30 day unconditional guarantee. This means that if our repair fails within the 30 days, we will return to fix the problem again at no cost whatsoever. To be fair, this only applies if the problem is directly related to the repair we had already carried out...
- All new workmanship and installations receive a lifetime labour warranty. This means that if at anytime after a new installation, any part of our workmanship fails, we will return and perform a repair at no cost to you.
- Blocked Drains, are a tricky and dirty business. Many plumbers claim to be experts but the sad truth is, very few are. There are sadly lot of ugly tactics and unethical games employed in the drain cleaning business that consumers must be made aware of. This is a warning to be cautious, be diligent and ask lots of questions....
We have the experience and years of local knowledge to clean you drains and sewers properly. We often know when something is wrong.. and if your drain or sewer needs to be fixed, we'll tell you, if your drain or sewer needs special attention we'll tell you, and if you take our advice then act upon it, we will stand by our repairs and advice 100%.
